The inn's spacious, ocean-view cottage (Nantucket), located a few steps from the main house, is totally private and offers guests the additional amenities of a kitchenette, private living room, gas fireplace and outdoor patio... perfect for longer stays. The two traditional guest suites, located in the historic wing of the main house (Emma, Lucille) are gracious and generously sized. They share an entrance, refrigerator and common living room with fireplace. Each suite/cottage is a private refuge, uniquely decorated to reflect the casually refined atmosphere of Cape Cod. All accommodations have modern private baths, queen size beds, cable TVs with DVDs, AM/FM radios, free WIFI, individually controlled heat and AC (seasonal), separate guest entrances, hair dryers, beverage refrigerators, and top quality linens. Iron and board, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided.

Located on the first floor of the main house, this suite has been lovingly renovated to include modern amenities yet retains its original period details. Enter through your private library, filled with an eclectic mix of books and furnished with a lovely mahogany piano and period furniture. Step through the French doors to your bedroom and a beautiful queen four-poster bed dressed in fine linens and down comforter. In your private bathroom you'll find a generously sized vanity, over-sized shower and soaking tub. Enjoy a complementary continental breakfast of homemade granola, yogurt, pastries, breakfast beverages and fruit each morning. Ask about the availability of the Full Breakfast option.

As you enter your suite, on the second floor of the main house, the lighthearted charm of your home-away-from-home will delight your senses. Admire the bright airy atmosphere as you meander from your private bath and dressing room through your private hall to a warm golden glazed bedroom with walk-in closet. From the smooth, well-loved banister, slanted eaves ceilings and original wide pine floors, to the wrought iron bedstead and windows dressed in shutters and lace, the Lucille suite captures the essence of sun and sea on Cape Cod. We think it will capture your heart.
The ocean-view Nantucket cottage, with heat/AC and gas fireplace, is located a few steps away from the main house. This spacious 2-story, honeymoon cottage, built in 2001, is our most popular accommodation for weekly stays from memorial Day to mid-October. The Nantucket Cottage provides total privacy, boasting 800 sq. ft. of private interior space in addition to its own private patio and garden. Pass through the private patio garden and enter the light-filled kitchenette with maple counters, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, induction burner, pots and pans, convection toaster oven and farm sink. The kitchen is equipped with china, glassware and flatware, perfect for chilling a bottle of wine, making a cup of coffee or tea or preparing your own breakfast or a light meal. Also on the first floor there is a charming bead-board bathroom with whimsically tiled shower stall, pedestal sink, and spa bathrobes, as well as a large, airy living room. Rain or shine you will be able to relax in total privacy in your private 18'x20' living room with cathedral ceiling, views over farm fields to the marsh and ocean, gas fireplace (seasonal), ductless AC/heat, ceiling fan, comfortable chair and sofa (with queen pull-out-bed), free high-speed WiFi, flat-screen TV/DVD, complimentary Roku streaming cable TV, Prime video and Netflix, AM/FM radio and door to private patio. Catch a breeze or gaze at the sea through the pair of 9' doors. If it's cool, close your shuttered windows and enjoy the warmth of your gas fireplace. Whether you are staying for a week or a few days, you will appreciate this tastefully decorated, comfortable living room, boasting a gallery of original oil paintings by a local artist. On the second floor overlooking the living room you will find the quintessential Cape Cod bedroom: white shutters, skylight, maple plank flooring and a Queen size iron sleigh bed, in top quality linens. B+B reservation includes a complimentary, self-serve continental breakfast—stocked in the cottage—of homemade granola, yogurt, freshly baked pastries, breakfast beverages and fruit. Guest House reservation includes morning beverages of coffee/tea.
