Nantucket Rooms | Availability | Verify your date
Seven-night minimum stay (Sunday-Sunday) in the Nantucket cottage for weeks during June, July and August. Please plan to reserve the cottage well in advance, as we are usually fully booked during these busy months. Rates are for single or double occupancy. The cottage can accomodate up to two (2) people sharing the queen size bed. The cottage can accomodate up to two (2) people with the option of using the pull-out sofa-bed in addition to the queen bed. Due to local codes, we do not have cots or roll-away beds, nor can we permit use of air mattresses or sleeping bags to accommodate additional guests. Fort Hill Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children under the age of 18. No Smoking. No pets. Check In Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:30 AM A fifty-percent (50%) deposit (two-night minimum) must be received within seven days of the time of booking to secure the reservation. The balance due, if any, is payable upon arrival in cash or by check. We do not accept credit cards. For cancellations of 5 nights or more, notification in writing is required 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit is then refunded, less a $50 service charge. With less than 60 days prior notice, refund will be given if accommodations can be re-booked for the entire duration of the reservation. All cancellations are final once we issue a cancellation confirmation via e-mail. We do not refund for early departures. Please purchase trip insurance if you have reason to be concerned about canceling your trip.
